Hi — we’re Kelly and Dave, and we’re so glad you’re here.

Experience Weeki started as a family passion long before it became a business. We’ve both spent our entire lives in the greater Tampa Bay area, and some of our favorite memories have been made right here. Floating the Weeki Wachee River, spotting manatees, spending long days on the water, and slowing life down just enough to enjoy it.

That love for Weeki is what inspired us to create Experience Weeki.

Why We Do This

With backgrounds in hospitality, we believe great stays don’t happen by accident. They come from thoughtful care, attention to detail, and genuinely caring about the people who walk through the door.

We started by owning and managing our own vacation rentals, which shaped how we care for every home we manage today. That foundation means we’re deeply invested in every stay — from the moment you book to the moment you head home We focus on the little things because we know they matter: comfort, cleanliness, clear communication, and creating spaces where families can truly relax.

Our goal is simple:
