Situated directly on the main Weeki Wachee River, this elevated 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers the best of both worlds: a downriver location close to the Gulf for boaters and fishermen, and access to upriver adventures for river lovers.

Head upriver toward Rogers Park, Upper Deck Restaurant, and Weeki Wachee Marina, or paddle farther to explore the beautiful, clear spring-fed waters. Back at home, over 100 feet of riverfront and views across a palm-lined marsh make it easy to settle into vacation mode.

Inside, approximately 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, tropical accents, and comfortable furnishings. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas keep everyone connected, whether you're preparing breakfast or relaxing after a day outdoors.

The spacious screened patio is made for spending time together. Challenge your crew to a game on the full-size pool table, catch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or stretch out on the comfortable outdoor seating. Giant Connect Four and additional games offer plenty to enjoy between adventures.

With included kayaks, a paddleboard, a private dock, and beautiful sunset views, Paddle Point brings together adventure, comfort, and the waterfront memories you came to make.

Inside Space:

Paddle Point offers three bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests:

• Main-level primary bedroom: King bed, connecting bathroom, and French doors opening onto the waterfront deck
• Upstairs king bedroom: King bed with coastal decor
• Upstairs queen bedroom: Two queen beds with a tropical palm-tree mural

Each bedroom has a smart TV. Simply sign in to your preferred streaming apps and enjoy your favorites.

The home has two full bathrooms, one with double sinks. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the upstairs guest bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating for four, cookware, baking pans, utensils, a toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and a Pack ’n Play is available in the upstairs king bedroom.

Paddle Point is pet-friendly. Please note that this is an elevated home requiring stairs, and the yard is not fenced.

At Paddle Point, the main river is right in your backyard. Start your morning with coffee on the upper deck, watch the water from a waterfront chair, or plan a day of paddling, boating, and fishing.

Your stay includes:

• 7 adult single kayaks
• 1 adult tandem kayak
• 2 youth kayaks
• 1 paddleboard

Explore upriver toward local favorites and the clear spring-fed stretches beyond, keeping an eye out for wildlife along the way. The home's location near the Gulf also makes it a great base for guests bringing a boat. A private dock is available; there is no boat ramp on the property.

After your outing, return to the screened patio for a game of pool or a relaxing afternoon on the outdoor sectional. Keep refreshments nearby in the patio refrigerator, fire up the propane grill, and gather for a meal overlooking the water.

As evening arrives, settle around the waterfront firepit or take a seat on the deck to watch sunset colors spread across the palm-lined marsh. From active days on the river to quiet evenings with your favorite people, Paddle Point gives you plenty of ways to make the most of waterfront living.

There are many things available close by like fishing, boating, sailing, sightseeing, antiquing, golfing, flea market hunting, horseback riding, nature hiking, kayaking, water skiing, swimming, shelling, gambling on the Sun Cruise Casino Boat and more.

Roger’s Park, Marina & Boat Rentals, Kayak Shack, Linda Pedersen Park, Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Pine Island Beach Park, Sun West Park, Thunder Party Boat for fishing, Fishdaddy Charters, Heather Golf Club, Oak Hills Golf Club. We can’t forget about the largest local attraction- Buccaneer Bay with the world famous live mermaid shows and water park.
