Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the waterfront deck, launch a kayak from the property's easy-access kayak ramp, or bring your boat and explore everything Florida's Nature Coast has to offer. Just a quick 3–5 minute paddle places you on the main river, where manatees are frequent visitors and dolphins and river otters occasionally make an appearance.

• Hospital Hole: Just a short paddle down river, you'll find the famous Hospital Hole. This unique spot is a natural spring known for its crystal-clear waters and an abundance of underwater wildlife. Snorkelers and divers will be enchanted by the experience of exploring this hidden gem.
• Ample sleeping space: Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest after a day of adventure.
• Outdoor entertainment: Grab a cold drink and relax on the outdoor patio after a memorable day of adventure!
