Whether you're paddling toward Hospital Hole, floating on the splash pad, swimming from the built-in concrete steps, or cruising out by boat, the water is always just steps away.

The deep-water canal offers quick access to the Weeki Wachee River and is ideal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and wildlife watching. Keep your eyes open—you may spot manatees, turtles, fish, river otters, and a variety of native birds right behind the home.

After a full day on the water, fire up the gas grill, relax with family on the balcony, and enjoy another beautiful Florida sunset.
